Friday

I had my mindfulness class today; a friend drove me and picked me up as with all the hallucinations I'm having I can't drive. 
The class was useless, I couldn't focus and when I closed my eyes all I could see was bright lights flashing. 

We went for a coffee afterwards, then I nipped into the supermarket for some bits. These strawberries were huge, and very tasty.
