The Dead Sea in dead awful weather

Jordan day 7 - our last day and we were hoping to celebrate a wonderful trip with a bit of bobbing around in the Dead Sea. Unfortunately the weather had other ideas! We drove through the mountains in a snowstorm and across part of the Negev in winds that shook the bus around quite alarmingly. When we got to the Dead Sea, it was pouring with rain and the sea was too rough for us to go in with any degree of safety. One or two of the group braved the mud bath experience but it didn't look like too much fun in all the rain!
