Tricky day at the house today. Severn Trent came and were insisting whole of newly laid water pipe had to be replaced- would have entailed digging up the newly fill d in trench! Eventually they were persuaded it wasn’t necessary- phew. BT also came to sort out BT connection- or so we thought! Apparently we need a completely different department and it will be very complex. Joy! I shall be glad when this week is over!
Back to Ju’s to stay with the night - again! She has been very generous with her hospitality. I took her for dinner at the local very good Indian restaurant as a small thank you. Completely forgot to take any photos- again - at the house, so here is Ju’s dog Betsey
