Nice day yesterday with J and dad. Woodward’s in the morning- looking for hardwood for a TVcabinet. Found some that was perfect but very expensive. He is thinking about it. Dad had a good look round the building site and made a couple of useful suggestions and then we went to the Victoria inBeeston for Avery tasty lunch and onto a sofa showroom in Long Eaton where they make and sell their own designs. Found one he liked and he put in an order! They said he had probably the shortest decision making time they could remember. DroppedDad back home and came home - very windy drive.
Had a very quiet catching up day today- have a really sore throat and am sneezing- hope I’m not getting a cold! Saw this hellebore in my garden. It usually flowers just before my birthday in midMarch
