Purpose, Passion, Prosperity

The City of Round Rock, Texas, where I live, formerly used the tagline, "Purpose, Passion, Prosperity." I always thought that was pretty good (OK, maybe "prosperity" is a stretch in the current economy...) The City is using a new tagline on signage and banners, "The Sports Capitol of Texas." I'm not sure where that comes from... we have a minor league baseball team here, the Round Rock Express, and as everywhere else in Texas, high school football is big, and our teams usually do pretty well. But Sports Capitol? I like this one much better.
