Out with the old.....

..... ironing board which will be 60 years old next month!
It is very solid and therefore very heavy.  The new version is a lightweight.  Guaranteed for 3 years - doubt if it will reach 60 but that is not a problem for me!

My 'fail safe' method of storing and re-ordering my medication failed today when I found I had thrown away a full packet of tablets instead of the empty one.  Fortunately the surgery was very understanding and I soon got a replacement.  They said it often happens (fortunately didn't add ' to people of your age'!)

Had a cuppa and catch up in JL with a friend this afternoon.  Why does 3 hours disappear so quickly!
