Cheesebay

Off to pastures afar on Uist. 
A settlement that was deserted then occupied, then deserted, then occupied and now hanigng on. The little healdand we visited was full of various old buildinds that D and I how to untangle.
Plenty of interesting names there too - one so much so that I have posted on my blog about it.
Whilst there, we bumped into an acquantance and ended up with a scone and a cup of coffee - much appreicated. Had to have a pint on the way home too......
Then in the evening a talk on the Yorkshire limestone dales that was interesting enough to make me think I ought to go there at some stage. The pint in the Dark Isle afterwards helped.
