A wet day in Oswestry

Not quite as windy as yesterday but very wet and dark. I went to U3A where the talk was from one of the members about her wartime childhood in Hebden Bridge (as I follow Bezzie Pet and MidgeholeDave it was interesting to hear about places that I've seen in their blips).

I had a few things to do in town where I passed the cafe called Liar Liar that has a bike tethered outside as an advert. I didn't see anyone sitting outside in the pouring rain - it would dilute and cool the coffee of course as well as making the pastries soggy.

I went to the gym afterwards then undid the good work by opening the Christmas chocolates that I'd been saving. Ah well ......!
