Fresh Pasta with Basil

Very successful first session on the Italian Fresh Pasta Making Course.  One of the highlights was making pasta sheets with leaves of fresh basil encapsulated between thin layers, which were then rolled and stretched.  These sheets were cut into ribbons to make a tasty tagliatelle.  My own looked almost this good!
