Teal Porn

A lovely morning so I went across to Leighton Moss and spent some time in the Causeway hide.  This pair of Teal were engaging in some very energetic mating with the male mounting the female, grasping the back of her neck and pushing her right under the water.

There were clear signs that the spring tide and storm surge had combined to flood the road through Sandside at some point recently but all was clear this morning.
