Interesting bread

I make my own bread all the time and often do the Dutch oven loaf which is totally yummy. Thus far I have only used white flour for this as I remember reading that it wouldn't work with wholemeal. So I tried it with half wholemeal and it was fine, just needed longer to bake.
Still no ferry or tomorrow either but they are running on Friday, that'll be a 6 day run with no ferry, quite impressive.
