Pumpkin seeds

Freshly roasted with salt and spices, the pumpkin of destiny made soup and cake and some tasty seeds to eat.
We had crafternoon today where my mates come round and we knit/crochet and eat cake. Lully.
Still raining and too wet to run, my running pal fell and hurt her knee the other day, it's all grumpy tracks here, at least there's no traffic other than the occasional tractor or a feral sheep!
