What the fuss is about...

The Scottish Parliament flies the European flag alongside the Saltire every day. They were there this evening when I left to walk back to the flat.

Despite strong support for that policy to continue beyond Brexit day , as a symbol of solidarity and an expression of hope, the Parliament’s decision making administrative body decided today to stop the flying of the EU flag except on Europe Day even though the SNP and the Greens ( a majority in the Parliament ) had argued for it, The Tories, Labour and the Liberals ganged up to oppose the flag and won the day.

There is strong opposition to this regressive and isolationist policy and every effort will be made to change it.
