Some sight...

I am rarely in the Parliament on a Friday but having been in Edinburgh last night ( again unusual) I arranged to meet someone this morning and also caught up on a little constituency work.

I left to drive home about 11.00 and walked over towards Holyrood Park. Turning back I saw this and thought how well the building now fits into the landscape and how fine a structure it is - two things I don’t often get the chance to reflect on.

They led to a third thought - how fortunate I am to have worked in such a setting for the past 13 years.
