My Eye is on You!

Today this Cooper's Hawk, sat on this tree limb for a few hours without moving.  We didn't see if it ever captured a meal. Certainly, most of the birds disappeared, with only a few stops at the feeders during the visit. 

While I understand that hawks also need to eat, I hope this one doesn't make a habit of hanging out here.
