Cable Car

Wellington has a cable car, originally to take people up to a new suburb being built on the hill, but now much used to access the botanical gardens.
This is a car restored to 1911 status (I think)
These cars were phased out some time ago so you can't ride outside and kick the tunnel walls any more.
Several of the smarter homes round the outskirts of town now have their own private cable cars now (although they look a bit like outdoor stair lifts!)
