Snow on the Union Canal

Went to see Les Mis this evening. I hadn't seen the stage show or anything before so I didn't know the story (although was helpfully made aware that Jean Valjean died in the end, thanks Potts!) but enjoyed it. I have a serious contempt with no known basis for Anne Hathaway, which sort of detracted from my belief in her character. But she is definitely a cracking singer! I think my favourite character is Eponine though.

Walked along the canal for a bit on the way home, which was beautiful in the snow. Unfortunately I didn't have my DSLR so this was taken on my crappy phone camera. You get the idea though!
