Bingley Bridge

The oldest daughter kindly bought us a two night dinner B&B break as a Christmas present and we opted to return to Ilkley in Yorkshire as one of the choices on offer.

We left home just after 9am this morning in -1C and bright sunshine which turned to fog from Worcestershire up towards Cheshire before it cleared. With that and many miles of enforced 50mph it took ages!

We stopped off in Bingley to stretch our legs and I liked the old bridge over River Aire with the Damart tower behind. Typically, a northern scene.
