A grand day out

Last full day in Glasgow and we packed a lot in - met Miss PHL and her boyfriend for brunch before heading to the Riverside museum where we met up with the friends we cake to Glasgow with. A happy couple of hours wandering round the exhibits before we headed back to Finneston where we left the young ones and walked on to the Finneston bar for a wee libation.

Onwards to the apartment to have nibbles before pizza & salad for dinner. Quick wash and brush up before a short walk to the Mitchell theatre for our final event of the weekend - Sarah-Jane Summers and her group of musicians followed by Hamish Munro - a fabulous musician who was showcasing his new album The Woods alongside a great set of Scottish musicians.

Home to finish off the supplies - a last glass of wine and some cheese and biscuits.
