Blue on blue

This is the unmistakable view of Table Mountain and the Cape Town Bay, with Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned, in the foreground. Taken from the plane, as we swung round towards the airport, after our overnight flight from Gatwick.

We are now in the lovely 'quiet luxury guesthouse' in Franschhoek - Mont d'Or. Extra - could one ask for a better aspect when stepping out from one of the gorgeous, spacious rooms in this place, one which is fast becoming a favourite with us?
