Happy Flicker/Red Bellied Woodpecker**

The flickers and woodpeckers love these peanut butter nuggets. Although a fat squirrel was trying to eat through the plastic/wire netting today for a warming snack.
Day began at +3ºF or -16C. End of snowfall for a while and all is shining white in the sunshine. . This bitter cold should be leaving us by the end of the week when the daytime temperature gets up to 40ºF.  In the meanwhile the birds (and squirrels) are happily stuffing themselves.
