Wound up in Wexford

Physio

Plaster off at last.  As anyone who has ever had a plaster cast will be able to understand, my wrist felt incredibly vulnerable for a while afterwards.  I wasn't offered physio by the orthopaedic team, and didn't ask, as I think that I am knowledgeable enough, and determined enough, that I will get mobility in the wrist without specialist help.

I managed a brief play on the flute, and then this evening I've added a good number of stitches to my latest project.  Both of these activities involved movements that were not entirely comfortable, but which I know I need to develop.
