Medpace Run Club

Tactically came to work an hour later today and granted myself an extra half hour sleep to slightly counter yesterday's overtime. Running club started at 18.00 so I stayed longer anyway and I took this shot of the cyclists racing home from work across the bridge. Run club is always a challenge for my german because I'm concentrating on my breathing, talking and translating as I'm not really good enough to fully think in German.

Afterwards I necked a double espresso and hit the library before finally coming home to yet more dumpster food collected by the first floor (expensive spices - yay!). The italians were partying in the kitchen and before long we were in fits of laughter. Trying to find the bluetooth speaker by connecting and blasting the music loudly led to another housemate emerging from their bedroom naked with the speaker. Oh the joys of living with 8 people !
