What a mix of a day! Beautiful weather again so we decided to go to Thorncombe woods by Thomas Hardy’s cottage - this is Rusty pond - always a favourite of ours.
We then went over to Poole, walked by the quay and up to the shops. Home via the Sandbanks ferry and were delighted to see an amazing sunset. We stopped at a viewpoint overlooking Weymouth bay just to gaze at the amazing colours. I put one up as an extra but there is no way it portrays how stunning it was.
