Shh!

A dark and dull start to our early walk so I was surprised to drive up through the highest part of Bradford to my hairdressers in brilliant sunshine. 
Not much to blip on the morning walk, a hint of sun behind the trees in Cottingley Woods when looking across the village building sight on the way home!
So this is the completed vintage Aran jacket. I admit I don’t like putting on a separate button band but hopefully it will be OK. ‘Shh’ because it is for Grace’s birthday and I’ll  be taking it down to Bristol next week though she chose the pattern and yarn so it’s hardly a secret!
