We went to Bury St Edmunds this afternoon to look inside the Cathedral and St Mary's Church, but I think the grey and dismal weather reflected on both as there was little light to enhance the beautiful stained glass windows and the ornate interior.    This is the East window above the altar in the Cathedral..  
As we arrived at St Mary's Church just ten minutes before it closed there were few photo opportunities today, perhaps another time!!
