Running on the spot

Not so gloomy today, but still pretty dull. 

A quiet morning at the gym - I really find it rather boring! As it was fairly empty I smuggled my small Panasonic in and took a couple of pictures without being assaulted by some self-conscious fitness freak! 

Off to Skye in the morning to give my talk, back on Sunday.
