Ellenor Hospice

This morning we visited Ellenor Hospice in Gravesend, Kent for an appointment with a clinical nurse.

I have been referred to them through my hospital, for help with "living care". Although the Hospice provides "end of life care", they also help patients and carers with support and activities to make daily life easier. There is counselling, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, alternative therapies and arts and crafts- a wide choice of sessions .

It may be a way for me to return to exercising and to manage the fatigue that has overtaken my day fo day life.
