Girls having fun.

Not sure a 65 year olds shoes should look like this, but hey ho! This was after training this afternoon. We did mainly short exercises as it was too slippery to run, but we had fun and the usual laughs in our group.

Had a quick meet up with my friend Jackie, and later on a marathon phone chat with my friend Marian. Both my closest friends, and both widowed in 2018. Sometimes you just need to be a pair of ears to listen.

We both loved the cardio tennis last night and will be trying to make it a regular thing. Need to buy a new pair of trainers ASAP!
