Recycled?

We went to have cake and coffee this afternoon (my 'birthday gift' from the garden centre).
They say they recycle water in their toilets.
I thought it would be rain water and the such.
But now I am not so sure.

I took a couple of shots of Jay while he was lying on me earlier.
Which is better ....... black & white or colour? -- or profile?
