Crookadale

A dull day, windy too, but dry all day. 

Weekend off work, and a lazy morning.  I've had a day of walkies, cleaning the house and being a tad lazy.   I managed to get two loads of washing out.   Mam popped along for a cuppa in the afternoon.  A few pints this evening with friends, and now a quiet night by the fire. 

Me and Sammy had a hike over the hills, and thankfully I stayed dry.  We made our way towards this old abandoned crofthouse, which I've loved ever since I was a bairn.  The house is falling into a bad way now, and won't be long until all this disappears.  Taken at Crookadale, Catfirth, Nesting.
