Tree tracery
I slept well last night - long and deeply, and relatively uninterrupted - but even so I was reluctant get up when the alarm went off. We set an alarm to get us up and out on our weekend walk as early as possible. Maybe it wasn't such a good idea this time.
The aim was to do the Harlaw/Threipmuir/Green Cleuch/Black Hill combo for the first time since the operation, and we managed it without too many alarms and no pain in the right knee. It was a bit stiff afterwards and I was also a lot more tired than I expected to be. The afternoon was therefore fairly low key.
We gathered ourselves together in the evening, after delicious venison steaks with a whisky sauce for dinner, to watch some iplayer. In fact, the iplayer on the TV *still doesn't* work properly, despite our best efforts, as although it now "available", it won't actually load any programmes to watch. However, Mr A managed to connected his ipad to the TV with an HDMI cable, so at least we managed to watch that way.... It's been some time... And there wasn't that much available that I wanted to watch, but we managed to agree on a programme made by Reginald D Hunter about music in the American South.
