Morning Light

Another day, another Park Run, for Oliver my nephew.  Today it was a Junior Park Run in Chichester.  My sister and niece (sensibly) opted for a lie in whilst I joined the boys (including Merlin) to go to Chichester.  The run was in Priory Park which is a beautiful setting - surrounded by the city ramparts on three sides and containing The Guildhall (pictured) which dates from the 12th Century.  Oliver enjoyed his run and we enjoyed watching so many young people out in the fresh air having fun. Then it was home for breakfast and, afterwards, to walk Merlin.

It has been a lovely weekend catching up with family. We are now sitting eating toast and tea and planning an early night. Hoping your day has been a good one.
