MM 314......rhymes with “slow”

So I made an espresso and managed to capture the flow. 
Now, as it’s late afternoon, neither of us want to drink it even though it smells good!

It’s been a hot (38+ deg) day today and I’ve done nothing other than go to the pool this morning. I may have overdone it as my back hurts and my leg is tingly......Physio tomorrow I think.
