Spent the first hour or two today getting the elbow checked out at a follow up clinic in the CUH. A very busy place, every ailment and broken bone you can imagine. Creaking at the seams. I got a quick release, a few physio exercises to do. Can't milk the sympathy much longer. Ah well.
