Night

I spent most of today teaching investigation skills. Always a fun one, although its interesting to see how other people present the material. Today I was using someone else's slides. 
Got home and my son had just made me a burrito. Sorted out a few bits, then we walked up to the post box, and then down to the shop to buy cat food. This was taken on our walk. I thought this might work for Mono Monday, rhymes with slow - 'glow' - the glow of the street lamps at night.
My step count isn't doing brilliantly - just under 7000 today.
