Lemn Sissay - Rain

Lemn Sissay was appointed Chancellor of University of Manchester when I was studying there. His poetry adorns the city, so you can‘t miss it. However, until I listened to his brilliant Desert Island Discs Interview I didn’t give him the recognition he deserves. For one it is a roller coaster life story, and secondly it features excellent music like Nils Frahm’s Says which was new to my ears. I highly recommend listening!

Today was basically spent 5h on a coach from Manchester to Bristol. All in time for @incredibish (my dad‘s) birthday tomorrow! He seems gleeful.
