About a year ago, my wife found a antique bed frame that would be perfect for my daughter when she is ready for a twin sized bed. My dad offered to refinish it for us for Christmas. Since she is still sleeping in her toddler bed (lower to the ground), we set it up as a bed in my office for guests.

Spending most of my day in my office, working on various freelance projects, I hadn't had much play time with Evie. Around 4, she woke from a nap and played downstairs before coming upstairs and getting books to read to hang with me. After a while, I realized she wasn't making much noise. I turned to notice her under her blanket she brought in, watching me.

Pretty cute, I thought.

Steady though, this isn't the start of a stream of kid pictures. ;-)
