Not feeling well today. Thinking due to the quick change in weather. My knees weren't doing to well either, so I didn't ride any this weekend.

I'm about to stop riding for a short period of time while I disassemble and rebuild the Karate Monkey. Should prove to be fun and interesting to see what comes of it. I also hope my downtime will be minimal.
