Diet off

Diet off for the week I’ve decided. Celebrated with half a scone (yep, jam and cream too) and a mac n cheese lunch at the Tigers Head with Sue and Stalker. It was good for the three of us to lunch like old times, sue missing coming to the castle, and we miss her, still getting used to being just two!

I have a day off tomorrow, using up my leave and going to see Kazz and Daniel.
