Belgium Day 4: Sunshine

Finally got a couple of hours of blue sky. We went to see all four of the old city gates which look like tiny castles, with a brewery tour in the middle.

The tour guide was funny, eccentric and knowledgeable, exactly what we wanted : some info about the brewing, bit of local history and many anecdotes. 10% of the beer they make is served in their onsite bar and restaurant, the only place you can buy it unfiltered and it was lovely. Bruges Zot if you ever get the chance. Flemish beef stew and chicken vol au vent for lunch.
