Only really took this to send to Grace because we like to send each other pictures of our kitchen creations. She’s a vegetarian so I thought she’d be impressed by my sticky peanut butter tofu. It was rather good, if I do say so myself. A day of school, meetings and generally trying to stop this winter cough / cold from travelling constantly around the team over and over again.
