My colleagues mock me for my outrage but I will never be OK with this. Sweetcorn is not a bean. Get out of my bean mix.

Great zoom meeting today with some of the leadership of a local church about working together in the future. On the call was Jenny, who was a young person in my parent's youth group in Birmingham way back when. Also on the call was Liz, who was my - and another person on the call's - Sunday School teacher. Also Ellie, who is our youth worker, who started out in one of of school groups. Interesting, as we seek to start some new youth work, to see the legacy of youth work in our own lives.

Liz was excited to hear that age 70+, she can still be a youth worker!
