Down Day

It thundered and lightening'd and really rained today. We had a quiet day as we have some big action coming up soon!

I scrapbooked for hours , then knitted and cooked dinner. Emily took the chance to study a bit with Kate.

Susan began her knitting - very slippy yarn and possibly not the easiest for a beginner. Still she is very persistent!

I love having the luxury of time to just be - I'm so enjoying my scrapbooking and having such quality time with my dear sister.

There was a storm warning on for today - their weather forecasting is very accurate - we even let the bolts off for the awning on the deck - in case it took off!
