Reed Head in Snow

Too much choice today. I had a quick drive out while getting the paper and captured a lot of 'tree' images.

After breakfast Lorna and I went out for a walk in the snow and I took the 500mm lens in the hope of capturing some wildlife. They had better ideas than to be out in the snow. I did like this shot, as the fast shutter speed allowed the capture all of the fine snow flakes.

You've got to like how the Nikon handles the noise (iso 1000).
