On the way to a Funeral

Not the lady in the image, but us! This was literally a grab shot as we turned into the estate where my mother-in-law lives. It is typical of my mindfullness these days that I spotted this scene as I drove passed. I pulled up, ran out and had the good fortune that this lady was framed in the scene when I took the shot. I was back in the car in 30 seconds.

Funerals seem to be getting more frequent as years pass by. We seem to be beyond the weddings (At least until the next generation starts to tie the knot), while most years now seem to have the odd funeral to attend for those that have left us. A sign of the times.
