What happened?!?!?!

This is supposed to be a picture of a fountain looking down through the gardens at Osbourne House on the IoW and across the Solent to Portsmouth. I have absolutely no idea how I achieved this effect on my phone.

It reminds me on looking through old glass where you have the thicker section where it was formed.

If anyone knows how this happened I’d love to know.
