Kirkby Stephen

We combined our need to go to our lodge cleaning gear supplier with a visit to the Kirkby Stephen Cumbria Wildlife Trust support group. They were hosting a talk by John Martin, an expert in the life of pine martens.

John gave a great illustrated talk of his work with pine martens in the Galloway forest using nest boxes he has manufactured.

Between the 2 events we had lunch and took photos around the town. I enjoyed seeing snowdrops in the churchyard.
