Another Hellebore

On my winter visits to garden centres I have become very aware of the value of the helleborus as a colourful addition to the garden. This has resulted in me buying a few. 

This one's called "Anna's Red". Yes, it does look purplish now but when I bought it last week it was a deep ruby colour. They always change as the flowers age.

A morning of sorting out final arrangements for the refurbishment of the bathroom and en-suite at the lodge. Confirmation from the plumber that work will begin in 2 weeks time. I'm sure our newly styled shower enclosure will please our visitors.

An afternoon of completing planting of conifers out at the lodge and last bits of preparation for tomorrow's visitors.
