Snowy vista

This was the view from my landing earlier today. It's now been snowing for 9 hours and it's looking like a snow day tomorrow! Luckily my friends made it here for lunch and have got home safely but my sister and her family are waiting for a recovery van after breaking down!
The snow seems to have eased a bit but we're up to about 9"! Amazing! Whoop whoop!
Meanwhile, we're having a glass of wine (non-drivers) and a coffee (driver). Hope the onward journey back to Cambridgeshire will be ok for my sis.
